Undead Police Officer

The Undead Police Officer (so named on this wiki) is a unused type of zombie that was cut from Road of The Dead and Road of The Dead 2.

Before being infected, these zombies were officers of the Evans City Police Department. They were presumably overwhelmed by the fast growing hordes of undead. The police officer takes the appearance of a bald African-American man with a beard wearing a worn-out bloody blue class B police uniform.

However, they were ultimately not implemented into the finished game and despite some players reportedly sighting the zombie during gameplay, none have been verified and thus widely disproven. Given that it was cut content, scrapped in development, as well as there being no model present within the game's files, the rumors are unsubstantiated. Only two pieces of concept art confirm that there was the idea of an Undead Police Officer, though whether or not it was actually fleshed out is unknown.

According to the concept art, before turning into the undead, police officer uses a pistol as his primary and a baton as melees, sometimes he can also be armed with a shotgun.
